Certainly! My journey in real estate began as a means to explore opportunities while I was pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. It was a path I never anticipated taking, but it turned out to be the perfect fit for me.
Early Ventures into Real Estate:
Question: It sounds like you ventured into real estate at a relatively young age. Could you share some of your early experiences in the field?
Absolutely. I started by selling land, then transited to houses which was quite challenging given the high prices compared to that of land. Despite the hurdles, I persisted and gradually went in fully selling houses more so now Bungalows in Juja, which presented a new set of opportunities and challenges. Also, online services came, at the time I’m doing much better as a Kenyan Realtor.
Navigating Challenges and Achieving Success:
Question: Transitioning from selling land to selling houses must have come with its own set of obstacles. How did you navigate these challenges?
Indeed, the transition wasn’t easy, and there were moments when success seemed out of reach. However, I persevered, focused on building trust with clients, and refined my marketing strategies. Eventually, I began to see success with my first few house sales, which served as a turning point in my career.
